Conditions of participation in the affiliate program

Welcome to TheRubinRose Presets! Thank you for participating in our affiliate partner program.

The following terms and conditions apply to individuals who access or use the Program as both merchants (“we” or “merchants”) and affiliates (“you” or “affiliates”) that require customers to use Products or merchant services.

By participating in the Program, Affiliate agrees to use and be bound by the Program in the manner set forth in these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions in full, you are not eligible to register as an Affiliate or participate in the Program in any way.

1. Approval or Denial of Registration

We reserve the right to approve or deny ANY affiliate program registration at our sole and absolute discretion. You have no legal recourse against us for rejecting your affiliate program registration.

2. Affiliate Links and Coupon

The affiliate link is generated automatically, but you can also generate an affiliate link for a specific product or collection. If a person clicks on someone else's affiliate link and later clicks, your link counts. The cookie term is 30 days.

The affiliate may be associated with a coupon code, the details and use of which are clarified on the dashboard. If the customer both clicks on the affiliate link and uses the coupon code, you will not receive a double commission. If you don't have a branded coupon assigned to you, you may not promote the coupon.

The affiliate can also promote a merchant website on online channels such as Facebook, Instagram or offline channel ads, magazines and newspapers.

3. Commissions and Payment

For each customer who has made a purchase on our website through your referral, you will receive a commission amount calculated based on the commission structure. The commission amount depends on the order value and does not include additional fees (taxes, shipping costs,...).

In order for an affiliate to receive a commission, you must provide the payment details in the settings. The payment period is 30 days. Payments are made exclusively via PayPal.

Payments are only sent for transactions that have been successfully completed. The use of the affiliate program is subject to a fair use policy that gives the merchant the right to review each and every referral order.

4. Marketing tool

We may share promotional media such as banners, logos or special collection advertisements with you through the Marketing Tool tab. You can download the media or get the HTML embed code to share on affiliate channels.

5.Cookies

We use a cookie to track people who have clicked on your link, so they need to enable cookies in order for us to track them.

If an individual does not allow cookies or deletes their cookies, we cannot track them and therefore cannot pay revenue from that individual's activity.

The cookie tag is specified on the affiliate registration form. The tracking tag starts from the moment a customer clicks on the partner's link or uses the coupon. Within the cookie time, every order made by this customer on the merchant website automatically results in commissions to the affiliate (the customer then does not have to click on the affiliate link).

7. Removal from the Referral Program

If an affiliate wishes to be removed from the affiliate program, they can do so by contacting support@therubinrose.de.
